Preliminary costs of attendance at CoLang 2024 are detailed below. Please note that prices are subject to change until the final registration form is released.
Housing
The cost of housing is not included in the registration fee. Participants may choose from the following options, or choose to make their own off-campus accommodation arrangements:
Workshop session (June 2 - 16):
Double dorm room: $725
Single dorm room: $1250
Practica session (June 17 - 29):
CoLang group rate at Courtyard Marriott Scottsdale Salt River: $119/night (single king or double queen room)
Note: Dorm room reservations are subject to available space. Costs are subject to change
Meals
The cost of meals is not included in the registration fee. Participants may purchase a meal plan for an additional charge. More information coming soon!
Travel
Travel costs are not included in any of the above listed fees. Participants must make their own travel arrangements.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships will be available to help support CoLang participants. Information regarding application processes and deadlines will be forthcoming.
